We follow our manufacturers recommended A, B & C service intervals for Preventative Maintenance (PM).
The PM A service takes under 2 hours (with an appointment, we can get you in and out within 2 hours) and includes an oil change (free oil, oil filter & chassis lube if you are on our program) an Inspection and Test Drive. The PM A service should be done every 5,000 to 7,500 miles (depending on your trucks application, if it is gas or diesel etc).
The PM B should be done every 25,000 to 30,000 miles (includes a transmission service etc) and a PM C should be done every 50,000 to 60,000 miles (includes a valve adjustment etc).
Please let us know if you would like a copy of our PM A, B & C Inspection sheets. Whether you service your vehicles at Big West or not, we highly recommend that you follow a consistent PM schedule to avoid unnecessary downtime...and tow bills, rental trucks, idle employees - and unhappy customers.
All our our preventative maintenance repair is done at $78.00 per hour as compared to our dealer competitors (their rates are $100.00+).
